Michael was awesome. He was on time and courteous. He was thorough and patient. We have a lab who jumps on people. It took about 2 or 3 minutes for Michael to teach our dog not to jump. He spent the rest of the time teaching us how to be consistent in teaching our dog. Then, he asked if there were any other problem behaviors or questions we had. He is wonderful at his job.
